AceSix ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AceSix mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app:
Progress data — your quiz answers, accuracy scores, and streaks are stored locally on your device only using AsyncStorage. We never upload this to our servers.
Subscription data — if you subscribe, our payment provider RevenueCat processes your purchase and shares with us only: a random user ID, your active entitlements, and subscription status. No payment card details are ever shared with us.
Device identifiers — RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier to your device to manage your subscription. This is not linked to your name or email.

We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
We do not sell any data to third parties.
We do not use analytics services.

Children's Privacy
This app is designed for use by children (aged 9–11) to prepare for the Grammar School entrance exam. We take children's privacy seriously:
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All progress data stays on the child's device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Subscriptions are purchased by a parent or guardian through the App Store or Google Play, which apply their own age-verification and parental-consent mechanisms.

Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and managed by RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details. RevenueCat's use of data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Security
Progress data is stored locally on your device using secure device storage. We operate no databases containing your personal information. Subscription status is retrieved in real time from RevenueCat's servers using an anonymous user ID.

Your Rights (UK & EU)
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you.
Object to processing of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Because we hold no personal data beyond an anonymous RevenueCat ID, a deletion request is fulfilled by uninstalling the app (which removes all local data) and contacting us so we can request deletion from RevenueCat.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
